About this app

PulseScanner is a cyberpunk network scanner and diagnostics toolkit for fast WiFi/LAN troubleshooting, TCP port checks, ping monitoring, DNS lookup, traceroute, SSL/TLS inspection, WHOIS/RDAP lookup, IPv4/IPv6 subnet calculation, and Internet speed testing.

Discover devices on your local network, inspect DNS and SSL/TLS data, trace packet routes, scan TCP ports, calculate subnets, monitor latency in real time, and measure Internet speed with Cloudflare infrastructure — all from a high-contrast neon cyberpunk interface.

Built for home users, gamers, developers, IT students, sysadmins, and anyone who wants practical network tools with a dark technical look.

Key features

Network Scanner for WiFi and LAN
Discover devices on your local network in seconds. View IP address, MAC address, vendor/manufacturer, and a best-effort operating system estimate.

Port Scanner for TCP Services
Scan common TCP ports such as HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, FTP, and DNS, or test custom ports and ranges to audit active services and troubleshoot connectivity on authorized networks.

Ping and Latency Monitor
Monitor ICMP latency in real time with live graphs. Track connection stability, detect packet loss, and troubleshoot unstable connections.

DNS Lookup
Run detailed DNS queries against public resolvers such as Cloudflare, Google, and Quad9. Supports common record types including A, AAAA, MX, TXT, and NS.

Traceroute
Trace the path packets take hop by hop to a destination. Visualize latency and intermediate network nodes to help identify routing issues and bottlenecks.

SSL/TLS Inspector
Inspect security certificates for domains and IP addresses. Verify issuer, validity dates, SHA-256 fingerprints, and export the PEM certificate directly.

WHOIS / RDAP Lookup
Look up domain and IP registration data using the modern RDAP protocol. Check registrar status, expiration dates, and related registration details.

Internet Speed Test with Cloudflare
Measure download, upload, latency, jitter, and bufferbloat using Cloudflare’s public speed test infrastructure. Useful for everyday diagnostics, gaming, streaming, and performance checks.

IPv4 / IPv6 Calculator
Calculate subnet ranges, masks, CIDR/prefix values, and usable hosts for IPv4 and IPv6 networks.

Cyberpunk Interface and Themes
Use a high-contrast dark interface with neon cyberpunk-inspired themes designed for readability, speed, and a distinctive technical look.

Built for network diagnostics

PulseScanner can be used as a WiFi and LAN scanner, TCP port scanner, ping monitor, latency monitor, traceroute tool, DNS lookup utility, SSL/TLS certificate inspector, WHOIS/RDAP lookup tool, IPv4/IPv6 subnet calculator, and Internet speed test app.

Its dark neon interface is inspired by cyberpunk, terminal-style dashboards, and technical network monitoring tools.

Useful for

• Finding devices connected to your WiFi
• Checking your home or office LAN
• Running quick ping and port checks
• Monitoring latency and packet loss
• Testing Internet speed and connection stability
• Inspecting DNS, SSL/TLS, WHOIS, and RDAP data
• Calculating IPv4 and IPv6 subnets
• Troubleshooting network issues with a cyberpunk-style toolkit
• Running authorized network diagnostics on your own devices and networks

Privacy and responsible use

No account required. Scan results are processed on your device and are not uploaded to a developer-controlled server.

Some features necessarily communicate with external services or target hosts, such as DNS resolvers, RDAP services, remote servers for SSL/TLS inspection, and Cloudflare for speed testing.

Minimal permissions are requested only when needed for the app’s features to work. This app is ad-supported and may display Google AdMob ads.

Use PulseScanner only on networks, devices, and systems you own or have permission to analyze.
