About this app

PulseSOS is a simple emergency signalling aid. When you need to attract attention — after an accident, if you're lost outdoors, trapped, or somewhere with poor or no phone signal — PulseSOS turns your phone into a sound, light, and vibration beacon using the internationally recognised SOS pattern.

Open the app. Tap sound, light, or both. Your phone repeats the signal until you stop it.

WHAT IT DOES
- Sound SOS — a loud, attention-grabbing tone in the SOS rhythm
- Light SOS — rear torch flashing in the SOS rhythm, with automatic screen-flash fallback if torch is unavailable
- Haptic confirmation — feel that your alert has started, stopped, or hit a problem, even if you can't hear or see it
- Works fully offline — no signal, no account, no setup

BUILT FOR USE UNDER PRESSURE
Two large buttons. No menus, no forms, nothing to configure in the moment. If sound or torch can't run, PulseSOS falls back automatically and tells you — it never fails silently.

BUILT FOR ACCESSIBILITY
PulseSOS gives visual, haptic, and text confirmation by default — not as an afterthought — so deaf and hard-of-hearing users get the same certainty that an alert is active and working.

YOUR PRIVACY
PulseSOS collects no personal data. No account, no location tracking, no contacts access, no advertising, no analytics, no backend server. Everything runs locally on your device.

Use it alongside local emergency procedures and your phone's built-in emergency features where available. For best results, keep PulseSOS open while signalling — your phone may reduce or stop sound, light, or vibration if the app is closed, the screen locks, battery is low, or another app takes over.
