This is the EMR you always hoped for.
Pulsonics brings clinical documentation, ward workflow and care-team communication into one cloud-based app, so the record and the work that surrounds it stop living in separate systems.
THE RECORD
A complete patient chart: demographics and insurance, vitals, clinical results, diagnoses, allergies, infections, chronic conditions, procedures, symptoms, vaccinations, home medication and lifestyle factors. Clinical notes with per-note privacy. A running log of every change, so it is always clear what happened and who did it.
THE WARD
Admission, internal transfer and discharge — planned ahead or immediate — across domains, facilities, departments and wards. A waiting room and triage for arrivals. Outpatient registration, including self-registration from your public listing, and outpatient visit summaries. Discharge documentation as a PDF.
THE WORK
Worklists that show what is outstanding instead of making you go looking: procedures, pharmacy, billing, follow-up, unfinalised documentation and the prescription print queue. Clinical and medication orders. Take-home prescriptions, printed when you need them.
THE TEAM
Group chat and conversations in the context of a patient, so a discussion sits with the record it is about. Role-based visibility, so people see what their domain, facility, department and ward allow, and nothing beyond it.
BUILT FOR CLINICAL REALITY
Patient data encrypted with a key held by your organisation
Permissions granted by role and by location, not one blanket level of access
VIP patient names masked from staff without that grant
Catalogs you control: medications, procedures, vitals, vaccines and more, importable in bulk
Available in Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Russian, Spanish and Turkish
OPTIONAL AI ASSISTANCE
Where your organisation enables it, a clinician can send chart information to a connected analysis service and read the result alongside the record. Pulsonics provides the connection; it draws no clinical conclusions of its own, and the result is always reviewed by the clinician.
AVAILABLE VERSIONS
You can access your clinical data via apps for Android and iOS that will run on smartphones and tablets. From a PC, you can access Pulsonics via the webbrowser: https://emr.pulsonics-emr.com
ACCOUNTS
Pulsonics is used by hospitals, clinics and practices. Your account is created by your organisation, or by you when you set up a new one, and you sign in with it — there is nothing to configure on the device.
IMPORTANT
Pulsonics is a documentation and workflow system for healthcare professionals. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and it does not provide medical advice. Always rely on your own clinical judgement and consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis and treatment decisions. Adherence to the laws and regulations that apply where you practise remains your responsibility.
