Does Not Save Time it adds delays after you pay. I selected the option to order ahead and was told at the pickup window that they had to wait 10 minutes to start the order. I was picking up food on my way to something and was late because the store had to wait over 10 minutes to start. I ordered ahead to try to save time because the drive thru speaker is horrible and I have to repeat myself multiple times to order. It ended up taking longer than if I just parked and went inside and ordered it.

The previous app was so easy to use and was more customer friendly. The new version is way less customer focused and favors the company. Previously, one could save up their earned points and redeem them all at once or in one transaction. It was so nice when we could choose how much money to redeem. Now, it doesn't matter how many points you have. You can only redeem one free item per transaction. And get this...you can't even decide which entree is free. By default, it's the cheaper entree. 👎

If you never want to redeem rewards or coupons, or have the ability to gain points just by ordering, then this app is for you! As far as being able to do pick-up orders, the app is great. However, if I don't get points for ordering and forget to ask for the receipt with the barcode, then I get no points. It forces you to redeem deals and coupons in store. What was the point of the app again?
