The previous app was so easy to use and was more customer friendly. The new version is way less customer focused and favors the company. Previously, one could save up their earned points and redeem them all at once or in one transaction. It was so nice when we could choose how much money to redeem. Now, it doesn't matter how many points you have. You can only redeem one free item per transaction. And get this...you can't even decide which entree is free. By default, it's the cheaper entree. 👎

The app experience is fine. However the apps ability to send the order to the location is garbage. I placed my order and then went to the location. They didn't have my order when the app estimated. Roughly 20 people entered the establishment after me, got in the normal line, and had their food and left before I got my order. Not a useful app.

Latest update is terrible. Couldn't get signed in to the new rewards program. App says a confirmation email would be sent, but it never came. Checked my spam folders, waited an hour, un-installed and re-installed the app, filled out the form twice, submitted a request to reset my password, but never received that email either. This app used to be awesome. Now it's so terrible, I un-installed it.
