The previous app was so easy to use and was more customer friendly. The new version is way less customer focused and favors the company. Previously, one could save up their earned points and redeem them all at once or in one transaction. It was so nice when we could choose how much money to redeem. Now, it doesn't matter how many points you have. You can only redeem one free item per transaction. And get this...you can't even decide which entree is free. By default, it's the cheaper entree. 👎

If you never want to redeem rewards or coupons, or have the ability to gain points just by ordering, then this app is for you! As far as being able to do pick-up orders, the app is great. However, if I don't get points for ordering and forget to ask for the receipt with the barcode, then I get no points. It forces you to redeem deals and coupons in store. What was the point of the app again?

Terrible and inconsistent. This is the second time in the past year that they've changed up the rewards program in a major way. Manually scanning or entering a receipt is now impossible, you'll just get a random error. At least with the last version, you were able to enter the receipt and details on the website, now you can't even do that. Before eating here, be prepared to overpay for tiny portions and no functional rewards program.
