The app experience is fine. However the apps ability to send the order to the location is garbage. I placed my order and then went to the location. They didn't have my order when the app estimated. Roughly 20 people entered the establishment after me, got in the normal line, and had their food and left before I got my order. Not a useful app.

This is not a great app. It has you login to the app, but them when you select order, it says you need to login again. Also, I did not see a way to apply rewards within the app. UX design is not very good either. Overall, the app is pretty unintuitive. It is not applying points to my account automatically like it indicates it will, and barcodes are not showing in Gmail. Overall, just a terrible user experience.

A Google user
I would love to be able to order online, however this feature and the menu I've never been able to use because it gets stuck on "loading." I left it open for 10 minutes one day just to see if I was impatient, never loaded. It's too bad, the online ordering feature was the only reason I downloaded the app. I don't like to drag my kids in everywhere so I opt for restaurants that I can actually use online ordering. I really like the food, fix your app and I'll be a more regular patron!
