App opens after reinstall. Does not allow me to update with receipts when staff does not add. Missing 4 visits. Please go back to scanning receipts.

What is happening. Previously I scanned my receipt and points were uploaded. The old app worked great this version is locked up on location and will NOT let me do anything else.☹️

Keeps crashing and won't open. Cleared cache and uninstalled several times.
