It's disappointing how much they messed with their loyalty program. Leeann Chin was already overpriced when you consider the portion sizes, but now you have to go there approximately 13 times in order to earn one free entree. So, it's not really worth your time to use this app each time you go to Leeann Chin, and that's a shame.
The revisions to the rewards program are very disappointing. I have been a customer of LAC since it was under the ownership of the founder. Much has changed. Quality of food, service, and now, this rewards program have slipped to an all time low.
I seem to earn rewards and get promos at a nice rate. App is always reliable. The only negative is that the app asks for more permissions than I think is necessary upon install.
It's nice that they have a rewards/loyalty program but i wonder how long people will be screwed out of the cents spent? Only whole dollars spent being rewarded is beyond pety.
Went to the store and the iPad said I had 29 visits. Agreed to have the text sent to me for the app. App was supposed to covert 10 points per visit. Was expecting 90 points and got 50. Pretty disappointing....
