Should allow external storage. It is a non-essential app, very high on the delete list.
Pretty good app. The rewards is basically every 10 visits gets you a free entrée and I hadn't gotten a text for the previous program for like 7 months. So in my opinion way better than the previous one. It's seriously just entrée and a drink. There you go. 10$ just like most other places.
I was skeptical at first when I saw some of the reviews but much to my delight I recieved 70 points for being part of the old loyalty program, plus I recieved a free entree just for downloading the application. They are also giving me something for free on my birthday. I also like how the app is simple with the tabs at the bottom.
Leeann Chin is overpriced as it is; they need to have larger portion sizes. However, the changes they made to the rewards program really suck.... Now it'll take so long to earn a reward that it's not even worth your time to bother using this app.
Shorted me on points on conversion. Store employee verified it but support would not fix. Apparently they convert based on non-curremt data and current day visits are lost. later visits did not give me points and tech support did not resolve after I provided receipt data. No bogo offers received with new app - folks who did not convert still get them. This app, poor design of program, and unhelpful support are doing their best to kill a long term customer relationship that began when the company first started. And based on comments friends and store employees have made it is having the same effect with many others. I have been told one can not switch back to the old loyalty program. And today I discovered (via Norton security app) that this app is being flagged as a privacy risk and a battery drain due to its continually sending geolocation data back to their servers. It is time to seriously consider giving up on the loyalty program, this app, and the company itself.
