I'm so so so very upset for the past couple months with this app. It originally worked on my phone and now it sits on the loading screen not changing even after an hour. I had a lot of points on there but I can't use them and I love to eat here. There NEEDS to be a place on the website to access the points and rewards instead of just on the app for problems like this. It's so very upsetting and frustrating 😭

My initial review was put in during moments of frustration with the app. I am putting in another because after deleting and reinstalling the app I did get an updated version which appears to have corrected the issues I was experiencing. I am not 100% sure because the location I was attempting to order from was closed, however as near as I could tell from running a "practice" order the app did not shut down when I reviewed my wok and added email offer to the order. Updated review is pending.

App used to work well. Now I am getting emails about rewards I don't have. Last week I had an email saying there was a BOGO offer in the app. Nope. Today it says I have a birthday surprise waiting in the app. Nope. What a disappointment. The first BOGO offer since the pandemic started and I couldn't use it. And no birthday reward. The only thing I have in the app currently is a free entrée that I earned.
