The app was good, but I have been having issues lately with the app not letting my credit cards go through. It will say invalid CVV even though it's not wrong. I have to re enter my full credit card details to fix it. My credit cards have never changed but I have had to reenter my card information 3 seperate times now because it just stops working. So frustrating.

When I had an account, the app was great. Good deals and got to order early; I used it every time I ordered Leeann chin. However one day my account just got locked for no reason. I sent an email to the help line asking why my account was locked and I never got a response. That was about 2-3 years ago, maybe even longer. Still can't access the account

The app shows coupons that don't work most of the time upon checkout with the statement that pops up that "it's not valid with this order." And the stores when you call them can't handle giving you the coupon when they know they are applicable to the order. The company has lost from me a hundred or more alone because I cancel orders when people at stores don't honor coupons that are valid.
