While I have had issues in the past with this app for online orders, the in-restaurant experience has always been simple and effortless. Furthermore, when I have expressed my displeasure in the past, the folks in charge (whether at the restaurant or more recently with the app team directly) I have been heard and worked with to correct errors... if nothing else, it shows they care and want to make things right.

There's a location here in Lancaster ohio, right next to me actually. I see it everyday, it's clearly up and running but yet according to the app there's only like 2-3(not sure exactly how many but only a very few) max and Erma's left in this country and of course it's in a different states. It's clearly not correct. I would love to order but I can't cuz the app is wrong on locations.

I love their food and am a rewards customer. However, in order to get the rewards you need to use the app which will not open. I wanted to order food and couldn't because I couldn't open the app.
