The app has been fine until recently... It stopped allowing custom tip amounts! You need to allow CUSTOM tip amounts. There's no way I'm choosing the minimum of 10% to tip $5.00 on a $50 order for a PICKUP (takeout) order. I am fine with tipping $1 or $2... but you need to stop forcing 10%, 20%, or 30% tips on the app. Otherwise, I'm forced to choose "None".

App is broken, can't order pickup, can't enter rewards points. What is it even for? I spent 15 minutes placing a pickup order because the app is so slow to update. it's not an internet speed issue, I ran a speed test and there are no issues there. After spending 15 minutes ordering, I spent another 10 minutes trying to pay for the order. It would not take either credit card I tried and there is no cash option or pay at pickup option. It will not process the app without a payment. trash app.

Absolutely poor excuse of an app. 1) it uses FULL screen on the phone, so part of the navigation buttons (back, x to close, etc.) aren't functional because it lays UNDER the top notification bar of the phone. 2) pressing back when you click on an item doesn't take you back one page but instead ALL the way back to location selection. 3) the cart feature is basically useless. I added 3x cheese pizza, deleted one, but the other two disappeared but was still in the price at checkout! Ok hit my limit
