App loads slow or not at all. I ended up ordering 2 pizzas because it didn't remove the duplicate (just sat there). The first time I closed the app wouldn't update the cart, then it wouldn't load the tip, so I closed the app again and was able to pay for the food, only to find it didn't save the cart. Also, my navigation buttons cover the Checkout/Cart button at the bottom, so I can't see how many items are in the cart. Back button on the top left is so far on the corner, it doesn't work.

The food is good, the rewards program is good, the restaurant is good. But this app is garbage. It's slow, it has buttons outside of the safe area where you can't tap them, the navigation is poor, it sometimes crashes, there are errors all the time. The app basically just wraps the website, I think, which has a lot of these same problems on mobile.

Whatever you do, DON'T ORDER A MOD PIZZA DIGITAL GIFT CARD! Only order physical ones. You have been warned. I ordered a digital gift card because MOD had a promotion for them. Not only did I never receive the reward on the app or by email even though I definitely qualified, but they use a 3rd party service to host them. On top of that, the app doesn't save your gift card, AND you can't use it to purchase an order that costs more than the gift card balance. That's ridiculous!
