This app never works properly! It's usually only good for placing online orders but even that doesn't function most of the time. You can never pay with a gift card or order for delivery. Sometimes adding a dessert to your order will make it so you cannot complete your order. If you earn a reward you can't have it added to a pickup order before you actually arrive so you have to wait for it to be made.

This app used to work great, but now when I open it, it asks me to verify my phone number. When I input my phone number it states that the number is already in use. Of course it's in use - I used it when I signed up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and get the same error. I can no longer get past this screen and the app is unusable.

This app always messes up. Looks like you have a reward to redeem but by the time you are paying the code doesn't work or if the wrong one is pushed you have to wait for one to expire to use the other... Then neither work. It's a good con to get you into the restaurant though
