Pancheros makes my favorite burrito. The app is only partially good. When creating a new order, it's fine. However, when trying to reorder from the list of recent orders, it fails every time- saying the ingredients are not available. Even when the are! Note- it is MUCH easier to reorder on the fly for a whole family than to get everyone to stop what they are doing to pass the phone around to order.

Others have said it, but maybe if I add my voice it will help. 1. Allow users to save customized orders for future purchases. 2. Allow users to customize what is on their burrito or at least leave notes. For example 2 different types of protein. You're miles behind the Chipotle app, and your not even trying to catch up. I love your food though!

I've always had some issues using the app to get residential delivery in my area. Most recently, the app doesn't want to add the unit number to the delivery address. I've taken to writing in all caps on the delivery notes what my unit number is, and that method isn't always successful. I don't think the app communicates well with DoorDash in my area, but aside from that and some other gripes I have about my local restaurant, I've had overall good experiences with the app and the franchise.
