I like their food, but my order is never correct. I have ordered to-go at least a dozen times in the past year. Sometimes it's as simple as they didn't include my sauce, sometimes my burger is raw, sometimes they don't give me things I had paid for. They always make it right afterwards, but it is very annoying to have to spend extra time complaining every single time.

Food is awesome. App... it won't let you add Ranch as a side on things like kids meal so you have to pay 75 extra for it. it's the only sauce that is listed as dressing which I think is why it Dosent show up. Been trying for ever to get them to address this issue. Devs don't seem to care. reported this many times and still not fixed a year later.

App worked fine. I got rewards, notification of specials. Points etc. Now that it is updated, nothing. It wants me to sign in, but says I'm already signed in. Way to difficult things up. One of the easiest to use restaurant apps went straight to useless. Not even difficult to use, but completely useless. If I could give a negative number rating I would. Addition: cannot log in by any means. I had at least $30 in reward money that is apparently lost due to this unworkable update.
