Pros: allows you to order your food ahead so you don't have to wait for them to make it. Cons: no option to set a preferred location; consequently every time I go to order it takes a long time to load before presenting with a list of the closest locations, not in order of proximity. There is only 1 New York location! So then I have to scroll through the list which are mostly in California. Also there is no option to use the app to place a "to stay" order. They'd sell more wine to me if there was.

This app is a complete scam. The last 2 times I went to use it, the store said their machine was not working and I would have to manually scan the bar code to get the points. Both times the bar code did not work. Both times I followed the instructions and logged a support ticket. Both times I sent a second really after 5 days. Still no reply. Worst customer service of any company. If I weren't waiting for my reward points I would uninstall the app.

Ordered from menu, app crashed when entering payment info, so had to choose everything from menu again. Finally placed order, waited an hour, got a text with a link to Uber to track my order but the page had broken images and didn't show tracking progress. Then all of a sudden it said it was delivered, but there's no food. Waited two hours for an $85 order for a hungry family that never arrived. Never using this app again.
