Came to NEC Fridays, friendly & attentive staff, well cooked food, 2 vegan options for mains and dessert. ( didn't look at starters). The vegan Beyond burger was very tasty and my partner also enjoyed his sesame chicken strips. I have never been to Friday's before but now I'll be checking out a more local branch for sure.

Love the new rewards system, as a regular customer I do feel like I am getting amazing things free. However the booking system is just too hit and miss. Sometimes I can sometimes it won't go past my chosen restaurant. Frustrating also that barcodes no longer scan. Have to input manually. Yes easy to do but there is a tool there that can't actually be used.

Great friendly service and the food was really good. We loved the non alcoholic cocktails! The burgers were really big and served with plenty of chips. My teenagers were satisfied! My steak was cooked well and the added prawns were really big and tasty. We'd eat in a TGI Friday's again.
