About this app

Punchproof is the attendance tracking app for employees of companies that use Punchproof. Record your clock-in, clock-out, lunch breaks, and other breaks directly from your phone. The record is tamper-proof: each entry captures the time, your location at that moment, and, if your company requires it, a verification selfie.

IMPORTANT: To use the app, you need an invitation from your company (QR code, link, or text code). You cannot create an account on your own.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Clock in and out, start and end of lunch breaks, and start and end of breaks.

• Verify you are at your workplace before clocking in.

• Continue clocking in even without internet access: your entries are saved on your phone and automatically sent when the connection is restored.

• View your clock-in history and weekly schedule.

• Report issues or incidents with photos, if your company uses this feature. • Record security patrols using NFC tags, if your company uses this feature.

• Complete the NOM-035 questionnaires applicable to your company.

• Access your data and submit ARCO rights requests directly from the app.

• Receive notifications from your company, such as shift changes or reminders.

YOUR PRIVACY
• Location is only obtained when you clock in, report an incident, or scan a patrol point. Never in the background.

• Facial verification is only used with your explicit consent, which you can choose not to provide.

• Your company is responsible for your personal data and displays its privacy notice within the app.
