✤ Why is Bluetooth Finder asking for location permission?!?
- Location Permission is required on Android 6.0+ for Bluetooth device scanning. Recent updates to the Google Android API affecting Bluetooth LE technology require location permissions to be granted in order to use the app.

The worst of five I've tried so far, couldn't find a watch or tablet 1 M away in a test. "Bluetooth Scanner" app is the only app so far that seems properly designed, with the correct amount of information displayed, an active signal strength graph as you walk around, MAC address and device name and other critical information to determine what you're detecting shown right in the main device list of what it's currently finding... but this app here has NONE of those features either. Uninstalled.

Tried multiple, this one worked. I lost an earbud mountain biking and the sides of the trail were covered in about 3" if leaf litter. Tried multiple apps and spent about 40 minutes looking before I decided to try one more app and this one actually worked (or I just got extremely lucky).

Fantastic app! I tried 2 other apps that couldn't find my Fitbit luxe. This one showed me I was getting closer. The others claimed they would do that but didn't. Absolute gem of an app! Highly recommend. My Fitbit was outside under trees I had been trimming that morning and this app located it.
