Smart Weighing App is designed for controlled industrial batch production where accuracy, repeatability and traceability matter. It connects operators, supervisors and weighing equipment in one focused workflow, helping production teams follow approved recipes, record actual weights and maintain dependable batch records.

Administrators can create materials and recipes for a standard production unit, configure ingredient ranges, tolerance, scale accuracy, hold time and confirmation behavior, and manage operator access. During production, the operator selects a recipe, enters the required number of units, records the supervisor and optional helper, and receives a unique batch code. The app then guides the operator through each selected ingredient and each production unit in a clear sequence.

Bluetooth weighing-scale integration provides live readings for tare checks, stable-weight validation and automatic hold timing. The normal weighing workflow keeps sensitive target values away from the operator while still providing clear status guidance. Each ingredient is handled as an independent weighing session to support repeatable shop-floor operation.

A daily calibration check helps confirm that the connected scale is reading correctly before production begins. Calibration results are stored with date, time, operator and status, giving administrators a separate audit trail that can be reviewed and exported.

After normal weighing, operators can continue with optional final weighing. Each finished unit is checked against the recipe's approved total range. Results are recorded as Confirm, Not Confirm or Skipped, together with the measured weight for every tested unit.

The application maintains batch and inward-entry history, including recipe, batch code, operator, supervisor, helper, quantities, ingredient measurements, timing, calibration and final-weighing results. Reports can be searched, filtered, exported to PDF or Excel, and shared through supported Android apps. Individual inward entries can be exported separately for cleaner documentation.

Bluetooth label and receipt printing supports practical production handoff. Printed information can include company, recipe, batch, operator, supervisor, helper and quantity details based on the configured print workflow.

Smart Weighing App uses a clean tablet-friendly interface created for repeated factory use. Its landscape weighing layout keeps essential controls visible, reduces unnecessary interaction and supports long production sessions. Local persistence keeps recipes, settings and production records available on the device, while role-based access separates administrative configuration from operator work.
