It does not look like this app has been tested at all before it was released. So many issues. There is a circulars section and a messages section. The only difference is that the circulars section has attachments. Why they are seprate sections is known only to the designer! All attachments in the circulars section are set to open in excel, which obviously won't work if the attachment is a word document or powerpoint file or something else. I would request the developer to do some basic testing

Such a horribly designed app is difficult to find in today's day and age of technology and options available. Clearly you have invested in getting schools on board and not on the platform at all. The website interface looks like a basic html site created by an unpaid intern from a D grade school. Keeps hanging, senseless navigation, and is full of bugs to name a few issues. Cannot believe the school forces us to use this. You're a software co- invest in a decent testing and UI/UX team please!

The worst App I have ever downloaded in my life onto my mobile. Horrible experience. Hardly works properly. You will be frequently forced to download updated version. Everytime you download a new version, your old logins will not work or it doesn't open at all. These guys seems to be updating the App every month as it has lot of defects. Overall, I can say this is an useless App which sucks parents blood. Instead of this diary updates will be 20000 times better.
