Feb 2026 Update Not Good. I have had 5 units, all working fine for many months, without issue. Suddenly last week (2/14ish) two of my units will not connect to my wifi. Nothing has changed. My other units are fine. These plug-ins are not inexpensive either! This has happened before and suddenly it resolved itself. I hope that is the case this time, but it's been going on for almost a week now. Both Pura 3 and Pura 4 are affected. It's very frustrating!

Surprisingly Smooth. This app was very easy to set up and work with the single unit. I liked it enough to buy one for an additional room and the addition was just as easy. scheduling is great and the ability to alternate smells is nice. The App is really too both and integrated with all other types of devices I have in my house. The Pura options for subscriptions are a little frustrating, they work but they are fairly limited and not very customizable, but that's sales, not the app...

Randomly drops cartridges. Sometimes registers the wrong scent or reverses the side its on. DO NOT bother subscribing unless you want to wait a month or more. My first subscription order hasn't showed up and my second was getting ready to ship. I canceled. The discount isn't worth the inconvenience/annoyance. When it works.....it's great. It's just not consistent at all.
