Order Sense is a purchase order app for manufacturers, wholesalers and job-work businesses whose orders pass through more than one pair of hands.
Place an order once, then route it through up to five production steps. Each step is assigned to a manufacturer, who reports what they have finished, sets a delivery date and checks out — and the order moves on to the next workshop by itself.
ONE ORDER, MANY WORKSHOPS
• Up to five production steps per order, worked in the order you list them
• Each step goes to one manufacturer, with its own delivery date
• Finishing a step tells the next manufacturer immediately
• Or switch on "check the goods between steps" and nothing moves until you have seen it
ORDER A BATCH IN ONE GO
• Name several designs and give the quantity once — every design takes it
• Change any design that differs, on the same screen
• Reference photos and a note for the makers, seen by everyone on the order
• Or build items from your own catalogue, with categories, variants and sizes
KNOW WHERE EVERY JOB IS
• A pipeline of every live order: who has it, which step, how far along
• Filter by needs review, active, or overdue
• Per item: how many you ordered against how many have been reported done
• Per step: who has it, what was promised, and how long it has been there
• Notifications the moment an order assigned to you changes
WHEN GOODS COME BACK
Count what arrived and answer in one tap — accept it, settle the step at the counted figure, hold it with the maker and say why, or send the goods back. A short delivery leaves the step open with the balance still owed, so nothing is quietly closed at the wrong number.
PRICES
Set a price per unit when you create the order and it pre-fills every step; each manufacturer can enter their own figure as they check out. Leave it blank and no price is asked for.
YOUR WORKSHOPS
Add each manufacturer once, by email address. They sign in with that Google account — no PIN to issue, nothing for them to remember. Remove one and they keep their own account, and any work they do for other shops.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Sign in as the shop, or as a manufacturer a shop has added
2. Create a purchase order — designs or catalogue items, quantities, photos
3. Assign each production step to a manufacturer
4. Each manufacturer reports their part and checks out
5. The order advances, step by step, until it is complete
ACCOUNTS
Running a production line needs a registered shop account. Manufacturers do not sign themselves up — the shop adds their email address, and they sign in with it.
No ads. No analytics trackers. Your order data belongs to your business.
