closed captions do not work on the app for Google TV streamer. they used to work.now they don't I don't appreciate paying for a service where I'm not getting what I paid for and I want to watch shows that I paid for. the support has been lack of support. in other words no answer

This app up graded and did not automatically upgrade if you already had it. So when turned on it will not provide any movies. You are held captive at the app which never validated membership. So I deleted it and tried to reinstall…but it kept trying to tell me I needed to attach the keyboard so games could be played. But there are no games just movies. I am still trying to reattach the Android app.
