About this app

No internet, no carrier, no account — just connect with the person next to you and start talking. BlueTalk is a peer-to-peer messenger that links two phones directly over Bluetooth or the same Wi-Fi (LAN). Messages, voice, photos and files travel device-to-device, never through a server.

Why BlueTalk is different
• No server — your chats, calls and files don't pass through our servers. Phones connect directly.
• No account — no sign-up, no phone number, no login. Just open and connect.
• Offline — works with no internet and no mobile data (Bluetooth alone is enough).

Connect
• On the same Wi-Fi, nearby devices are found automatically for a fast link
• Connect directly over Bluetooth with no internet
• Phone-style ring & accept: one side requests, the other accepts

Talk & share
• Real-time text chat (history kept on your device)
• Voice messages — record, send and play back
• Send photos, videos and files with thumbnail previews
• Share a contact card (tap to add to contacts)

Calls
• Full-duplex voice calls — talk and listen at the same time, just like a phone call
• Video calls over the same Wi-Fi
• In-call controls: speaker, mute and more

AI character profile (on-device)
• Turn your photo into an anime-character style avatar, right on your phone
• Tune the look with strength and saturation sliders
• Processing happens on-device — your photo is never sent to a server

Privacy
Your chats, calls, files and photos move only between the two devices and are not uploaded to our servers. No account, no cloud. See the privacy policy for details.

Bluetooth and nearby-devices permissions are used to find and connect to devices; the microphone is used for calls and voice messages; the camera is used for taking photos and video calls.
Chat & call over Bluetooth & Wi-Fi. No server, no account, fully offline.

Data safety

Safety starts with understanding how developers collect and share your data. Data privacy and security practices may vary based on your use, region, and age. The developer provided this information and may update it over time.

What’s new

• The app is smaller now, so installing and updating takes less data and storage.
• Fixed Wi-Fi Direct QR connection failing when the device name contains non-English characters such as Korean.
• The window that asks whether to save a recording after a call now shows an ad. No ad is shown while you are on a call.
