Ratings and reviews

I booked purely VIP package for my car the interior was cleaned very nicely but the exterior wasn't good when I pointed out the issue the staff said they don't have high pressure water spray which was a huge let down. Over all for interior cleaning it's GOOD, but for exterior it's a NO NO

The car wash is good, but it's impossible to get hold of anyone to amend a booking, or if the car wash guy gets lost or there's a problem.

Convenient at door and on time service, but need to keep an eye because staff sometimes forgets and leaves some parts untouched. For example, I paid for large vehicle but the staff didn't clean third row so I had to remind them. Also, thei vacuum machine was broken so they used steam to clean interior floor (carpets) and seats which probably isn't the best. In general, full marks for convenience and timelines and for works, they're 90%.
