started as a good app, unfortunately not anymore. I made a purchase on an item that was on a great discount, five days later the order remains pending due to payments issue as they claim, so I asked them to cancel the order and give me my money back to buy the item elsewhere, surprise it takes another five days to cancel the order and get my money back. very disappointed Update: today is 01 Aug and I have not received my money back yet.

My experience with Pure Platform has been incredibly frustrating. Orders are often delivered months late, and when I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive. To add insult to injury, items were frequently missing from my orders. I strongly advise against using this app.

The products gets way too delayed and most of my purchases get canceled after a very long time. after 4 month of trying to purchase stuff, all of which gets cancled and you have to contact customer support several time over several week to cancel the order and get the money back. After all that, they don't even send the money back to you credit card but make it as credit in their system. You will be stuck trying to buy things and you order to be cancled again and again.
