We, Afaq Stores, started in 2014 by establishing an Egyptian joint-stock company, Commercial Registry No. 73728 dated 5/12/2014. The company’s activity began in March 2015 to achieve great successes higher than what was expected in the feasibility studies, over eleven years of hard work. We were able to achieve all this success and overcome all the difficulties and economic crises that the country went through. Now we are launching the first online cosmetics application that brings together more than 200 categories, representing the widest variety of cosmetic products to meet all customer needs.

The company deals with wholesalers, retailers, and pharmacies, supplying their needs from more than 1,000 suppliers. We have a 700-square-meter air-conditioned showroom owned by the company, and 7 company-owned distribution vehicles. We serve wholesale customers in 6 governorates:

(Menoufia, Qalyubia, Gharbia, Beheira, Greater Cairo, and Sharqia). The company offers a variety of sales methods, including sales through our showrooms, the application, the website, and delivery.

We also offer a variety of payment methods (cash, InstaPay, and Visa).

We provide our customers with a large, trained team to serve them. Customer Service
• (Morning and Evening Telesales Team) Trained and qualified to serve customers seven days a week.
• Showroom Sales Representatives Team trained and qualified to serve customers.
The company provides its customers with a computerized order review system to prevent errors and offers top-quality packaging.

Exchange and Return Policy:

First: Exchange and return within 14 days of receiving the goods, no reason required.

Second: Exchange or return of defective goods within 30 days of receiving them.

• A purchase invoice is required.
