About this app

"PURIPIX" is used to download photos taken at a photo sticker booth (Japanese Photo Sticker Machine).
Take some photos at our Photo Sticker Machine and select the best ones. You can save/view them in "PURIPIX" using your smart phone!
* You can select photos to download while using a Photo Sticker Machine.

◆ How to download photos
1. Start the app.
2. Enter the 16 digit Seal ID that is printed on the photo sticker that you got from the Photo Sticker Machine.
3. The photos will be displayed
4. Save to your smart phone by tapping the "Save" button for each favorable photo.

◆ Viewing/downloading photos
With "PURIPIX", you can view and download 1 photo per play.
The photo can be viewed and downloaded within 7 days after the photo was taken.

We use Wifi (wireless communication) to send your photos to your smartphone.
If there is a network connection problem, there may be a delay before you receive your photo. It is possible that the photo cannot be received at all.

I was trying to download the photos. My print out didn't come with a "code" so I reached out to them and got this response: For viewing and downloading the photo, you need sticker ID (16 digit number) on the photo. If you were unable to find any sticker ID (16 digit number) on the photo, unfortunately you are unable to view/download the photo with PURIPIX. This type of problem could be occurred by the bad/unavailable communication network depends on the store/store location.

EDIT after 4 months the team has responded! No offer of compensation for the photos lost and a very condescending response that I had to run through Google translate. I know how to use the app, I've had it for 3+ years. I'd appreciate actual help and possibly as I am leaving my review in English a timely response in the language I have chosen to leave my review in would be AMAZING!

I don't have a "code" so I guess I'm screwed. If your picture doesn't have a "code" you're SOL even though it says come download the app. Asinine

Are you saying that the 16-digit code is not displayed in the photo? It may be a problem with the enclosure, so please send an email to our support with information on the location where the photo was taken. sp-support@puripix.com
