About this app

TripSmart checks that your temperature-sensitive delivery arrived safely.

Your supplier attaches a small temperature sensor to the shipment and a QR code to the parcel. When the delivery arrives, scan the QR code with TripSmart: the app connects to the sensor over Bluetooth, reads the temperature history recorded during transit, and tells you on the spot whether the delivery stayed within its safe range the whole way.

HOW IT WORKS
• Scan the QR code on your delivery — no account, login or setup needed
• TripSmart finds the delivery's sensor over Bluetooth and reads its temperature log in seconds
• You get a clear verdict immediately: delivery confirmed, or advice to contact your supplier
• A "Call us" button connects you straight to your supplier when something needs attention

GOOD TO KNOW
• Works with temperature sensors dispatched through PURMAC Isothermal's cold-chain monitoring platform
• Your location can be recorded with the check so your supplier knows where the delivery was verified — this is optional and the check works without it
• Bluetooth is only used in the moment of the check; the app does nothing in the background

TripSmart is for recipients of shipments monitored by PURMAC Isothermal. If your delivery does not carry a PURMAC QR code, there is nothing for the app to check.
