This is probably the worst self-inflicted implosion I've ever seen in any app. Okay, so I open it up, it's got a tracking number box like it always has, I enter my tracking number and expect to see tracking details for my package, like every delivery company app in the history of ever, including this one, has always worked, and instead, I get... a chatbot? Which, with careful coaxing, can be talked into giving me a subset of the details I could have seen by just going to the website. What even?

Completely useless app now. When I have a tracking code I want to use it to see the tracking details to see where my package is and where it has been. The app used to do this very well. What I do not want is a chatbot to tell me nothing useful about it. This app has been installed on every device I've had for probably about a decade but it's uninstalled now.

I've called them 5 times about this app. cannot save tracking numbers, forced to use Ai chatbot that says numbers invalid even when they are in the Label Created state. this is the only logistics company where the one core functionality of tracking packages doesn't actually work. a rating of 1.2 is absolute S h 1 t low. they refuse to do anything about it. Just revert to the last version that had the ability to save the tracking numbers. even canada post app does better than this.
