This app used to work. It was accurate and I relied on it. Now? Completely useless. The app says the tracking number doesn't exist, even though I copied it from the Purolator website tracking page. Tracking is the only thing a lot of people use this app for, and it doesn't even do that. And don't get me started on having to deal with a chatbot on the website to arrange an alternate delivery location instead of the previous box checking. I'll save that complaint for the website feedback.

The new version is terrible. I don't want to deal with a chat box. You can save multiple items now, and you can't see where ur parcel is. I will be uninstalling this app. I have installed an app called AfterShip, and it's pretty close to what the previous version of the Purolator app used to be. Plus you can save tracking numbers from various carriers. Sorry Purolator, but your new version is terrible and you ruined it.

Waste of time app, should be zero stars. There is no actual tracking in the app anymore. When you enter a tracking number, the chat bot opens so you can sign up for tracking notifications. The options are for delivery, exceptions or both. There is no status update contained in the app, so you don't see your shipment's current place in the Purolator system, such as out for delivery. The app is beyond useless. Use the website instead, until Purolator "fixes" that too.
