The new app is totally useless. I want to be able to track my parcel, not chat with an AI. Before, you could save and keep track of your parcels being delivered. Now, you have to 'chat' with an AI bot, one tracking number at a time, unable to save them for tracking. I don't want to be redirected to a website to track my package. The app is there for that. Not recommending Purolator if they're wasting money on useless AI

This has become an absolutely useless app. I don't care what some AI bot has to say, I want to see where my package is at, which it used to do very well... though it did stop saving tracking numbers in a previous update too. I now have to open a browser, navigate to Purolator Tracking and enter my number there to get any useful information. Phone apps were supposed to provide more functionality than that...

This app used to work. It was accurate and I relied on it. Now? Completely useless. The app says the tracking number doesn't exist, even though I copied it from the Purolator website tracking page. Tracking is the only thing a lot of people use this app for, and it doesn't even do that. And don't get me started on having to deal with a chatbot on the website to arrange an alternate delivery location instead of the previous box checking. I'll save that complaint for the website feedback.
