AI Hell - All I want is tracking information. I don't need a chat bot to do it. Whoever decided this needs to reverse this decision. You're a parcel shipping company. Act like it. No unnecessary, useless frill. SERIOUSLY every time you open the app you have to type in the tracking number. AGAIN. just to have the dumb chat bot. No way to save your previous tracking. Congratulations on making the worst tracking app on the play store.

Just trying to add a unit number to my address. And I'm not sure if it went through or not. Even though I have a case number, nothing has been updated also not knowing when the object will be delivered Or tracking vehicle is not an option closer to the time of delivery that day Is terrible.

Why can't I give this negative stars? You can't do basic tracking without having to go through an AI. Even if you do that, you can't save your shipments like you used to be able to. Where has the scan barcode function gone? The app used to be great. Now it's absolutely useless.
