App is broken! When you get to entering your tracking number, you can't. What's new mile long blah blah blah bs can't be scrolled down and pressing anything else does not work. Samsung S21Fe locks up completely. Have to hard reset my cellphone completely.

Absolute garbage!!! My full address has been corrected by Purolator with the last delivery I had problems with and same mistake today!!!! I needed this parcel for today but now it has to go through some ridiculous process before re-delivering it to me urghhhhh

App is a dud. Can't scroll down. None of the functions work. Menu doesn't open either. Truly an unresponsive app, despite restarts and re-installments. A headache to use, and not user-friendly. Much, much to be desired from both UX and development perspective. Likely built from a third party for a small fee. Doesn't appear there is a team who'd care to make this app functional. Uninstalled!
