The one star is because no reviews or complaints can be made without a rating. I just downloaded the app yesterday, trying to create an account, it requests for a mobile number and then it keeps saying "could not validate phone number". I don't know why. This is not nice at all. And I opted for the app because of the amazing 5-star ratings! I had so much expectations 😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

It's user friendly honestly.. You can't expect a 100% from a fast rising app... that's the beauty of this app.. It's rising really fast and I love how it notifies me for downtimes and back up to running... Other app won't inform u of Network glitch... Go #PurplePay♥️

Worst Fintech ever, I tried their purplepay business, it took almost 2 weeks to verify KYB, I sent money to the account/wallet provided twice with different banks till now it has not reflected. How can u still charge for incoming transfer on normal accounts?? Like what gives u and edge or a level of competition with the likes of opay or PALMPAY? #DONT WASTE UR TIME DOWNLOADING, ITS GOT NO VALUE AT ALL.
