How is it possible to make such a bad app? It is super slow. It ends up working everytime but not without a few scares such as screen freezing or weird error messages like "invalid account" and one time i had to drive all the way back home because the code suddently expired for no reason and i had no 4g. Another time it stopped working and forced me to update at the worst time. Another time the ATM would refuse to give the money, last time ATM was broken...

I love it! Today was the second time I use purpl to transfer money from my account abroad to myself in Lebanon. The app is user-friendly and everything is clearly explained. There is also a video showing step by step how to retrieve the transfer from an ATM. I really love how easy it is to reach out to the purpl team in case I face any issues. The purpl team is supportive, available, and professional. They explain everything clearly, point out what went wrong, and what to do to fix it.
