How is it possible to make such a bad app? It is super slow. It ends up working everytime but not without a few scares such as screen freezing or weird error messages like "invalid account" and one time i had to drive all the way back home because the code suddently expired for no reason and i had no 4g. Another time it stopped working and forced me to update at the worst time. Another time the ATM would refuse to give the money, last time ATM was broken...

The concept is great, providing a convenient way to receive money from abroad. I have used it twice and found it to be super fast and practical. During my second use, I encountered an issue when cashing out, but the support team was responsive and able to resolve the problem the next morning. Overall, it's a good app. Perhaps it could benefit from some polishing to eliminate a few interface bugs here and there, but it is ultimately better than other methods of transferring money.

Very intersecting and prominent app, the first time in Lebanon that we have an app for cashing out with 0% of commission. The only tiny issue is that we are getting from ATMs old USD papers which may not be acceptable for some exchangers. But in general, I liked the UI/UX and best of luck for the comming features.
