The app works great, no issues. Only trouble is that even if you have fingerprint turned off, it prompts you for it evey single time. Since moving to android 12, now I get 2 prompts and an error message. It's incredibly irritating, as I do not want to use a fingerprint for something that needs to be secure. It would also be nice if there was some sort of login. Right now it's just a phone number and text, so literally anyone with access to your phone/number can access your account.

It's a means of gifting to my church that subscribes to their accounting for church organizations. Unfortunately, Pushpay does use intuitive software to locate potential financial services that an individual contributor may have been a part of in the past, such as TD Ameritrade, and automatically selects that former financial institution as a source for fund transfers from a contributor, which no longer does business with the selected source. There are drawbacks to using intuitive software.

Very very very poor customer service. Very poor. Even though I didn't put a payment in "reoccuring charges" it auto populated my last charge and sent it again literally when I touched the app. Put in a support ticket and nobody responds. Called immediately and nobody available to help so my payment was sent. Trying desperately to get help from the bank to retrieve a payment of several thousand dollars that's gone out by mistake. This app sucks!
