When it works, this app is really fun. Unfortunately, when we are asked to to scan the sides to verify, every time we get to yellow (which is the last color) it says the lighting isn't good. We've tried multiple different lighting situations and it always comes up with this error. Because of that, we can't unlock the instructions in the learn section. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and continue to have the same problem. Great idea, poor execution.

I used this on an older phone a few years ago and it worked but was a bit picky about lighting. I've just tried it on Pixel 8a and Samsung S24 and it fails completely. No amount of messing with lights helps. I guess it is still probably okay on older phones 🤷‍♀️

It scanning at all. Before 2018, when I bought it it was working perfectly, but something in the app changed since then and it stopped scanning past the yellow colour. No support at all. Even the company's website is down.
