About this app
pomoFLOW is purposefully mean't to be a basic implementation of a pomodoro flow timer. Generally there are four pomodoro's of (by default 25 minutes) each, followed by a short break (by default 5 minutes) for the first three pomodoro's and a long break (by default 15 minutes) after the fourth.
The aim is to allow the user to focus on one or more tasks (currently we do not stores tasks in the application so should be used along with your preferred task application, pencil & paper or just to time slot your focus.
Currently no task management exists as this was designed to be used alongside existing task management systems.
