Ratings and reviews

Originally I liked this game. The concept is a good one but there are so many glitches it's ridiculous. Tech said to make sure I have a good connection but I can literally be direct connected to network and it still glitches. And now I'm getting the same puzzles every day. I will be deleting the app and check back every so often to see if ratings improve.

Frequently, the game crashes on loading or it gets hung up while playing. For example, you choose a puzzle/game and it just sits on the loading screen. Puzzles are also super easy. Ads are actually not too excessive but the lack of stability makes it an uninstall for me.

Extremely glitchy and irritating. Game freezes and then does not save progress that has been made. Purchases of hints often do not go through. No response from customer service is also frustrating.
