Constantly error messages when logging in, app does not recognize my units. Recurring error message: "something went wrong." It takes minimum two-three attempts before I am logged in. App shuts down for no reason, moving between tabs is slow, app freezes. Automated calendar tracking does not work. Android user. Samsung Galaxy S4.

Just a terribly frustrating experience all around- at each, literally each, step I've had to follow up multiple times to even get a response. On top of that the returns that these 'tax experts' prepared for me & my wife were incorrect- 4 times for me and thrice for my wife. The errors they were making were so extremely fundamental that I was stunned by the lack of competence in their core 'expertise' of taxation. I was essentially guiding them on how to calculate correctly. Avoid at all costs.
