About this app

With God Daily is written for those who are disillusioned with popular forms of consumer Christianity and are seeking a more honest, less sentimental exploration of faith.

Award-winning author, speaker, and pastor, Skye Jethani, writes powerful, smart, relevant reflections to help you live with God amid an increasingly pluralistic, post-Christian culture. He also navigates what it means to follow Jesus without the fear and anger that infects so much of popular faith today. Instead, he offers a path to genuine communion with God rooted in the Bible, and a vision for the common good that disarms culture war Christianity.

New devotionals are published 5-days each week and include:

-A reflection written by Skye engaging Scripture, theology, history, culture, or current events
-Links to related passages of the Bible
-An historic prayer to guide your own communion with God

The app also features:

-Searchable archives of past devotional series
-Shop for other books, ebooks, & products by Skye Jethani

Stop living your life under, over, from, and for God and start living in communion with him.

1. I can't select any of the check boxes on the donor page(get our newsletter, yes I agree). 2. It says I have an account so it won't let me sign up. Then I go to sign in and it says I don't have an account! 3. There is no menu option for "help" or "report an issue" or anything. Therefore you get a lousy review even though I desperately want to start paying for Skye's devo that I've been receiving for free via email for over 2 years!

Great content, but the app has become unusable! It was slow and glitchy, but now I get a "data error" everytime I try to open it. Usually I am able to go to the email and at least read the content, but lately those have been sporadic. Supposed to have a new app for the new year, and it cannot get here soon enough

This is a great app and I agree with the other five star reviews. Very well done for the initial release. I would like to see an enhancement to allow individual devotionals to be tagged / bookmarked / favorited, or otherwise organized. Some devotionals speak to me more than others and I like to revisit those periodically. This is easily done with the email devotionals but I do not see a way to do so in this app. Viewing, searching, or sorting by the devotional date would be nice as well.
