About this app

FlowCommerce is the order-taking app for field sales representatives of companies using the FlowCommerce platform. It's designed for working on the go: create orders even without a signal, and the app automatically sends them when the connection is restored.

IMPORTANT: To use the app, you need an account provided by your company. If your company doesn't yet work with FlowCommerce, the app won't allow you to log in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Take orders offline: the catalog, your customers, and their prices are saved on your phone.

• Catalog with photos; search by name, brand, or barcode.

• Prices always up-to-date: customer price list, volume pricing, discounts, and current offers, calculated in real time.

• Customer profile with their outstanding balance and credit limit, so you know before selling if the order will require authorization.

• Remote authorizations: if an order needs credit or discount approval, you request it from the app and receive the response as a notification. • "My Orders": Order history with search and filters, and the status of each order in your company's system.

• Routes and customer visits.

• Sales goals and lead tracking.

• Supervisor mode: Review and approve your team's requests, with a detailed breakdown of each price.

SPECIAL OFFERS (optional module)
If your company has subscribed to the Special Offers module, you'll see the products on sale marked in the catalog, the promotions the customer has already unlocked, and the remaining balance for each promotion.

INTEGRATED WITH YOUR COMPANY'S ERP
Orders are sent directly to your company's management system, without re-entering them. Products, customers, prices, and balances are updated from within that same system.

What’s new

• Nuevo: ofertas con porcentaje de descuento sobre el precio de lista. Al llegar al mínimo de la oferta, ves el descuento aplicado al precio de lo que vendes, por unidad o por caja.
• Nuevo: si el cliente paga más de lo que debe, lo que sobra queda como anticipo a su favor. Solo en empresas que lo tengan habilitado.
