Work is harder than it should be, and you already suspect where. PYFFO Business turns that suspicion into a short list worth acting on.

It walks sixteen structured conversations — one for each kind of friction — and asks the question most tools skip: not how to do this faster, but why it works this way at all.

YOUR NUMBERS, NOT OURS

You say how often something happens, how long it takes and how many people it touches. PYFFO does the arithmetic and shows its working: a priority of 30.0 appears as 180 ÷ (3 + 1 + 2), so if you disagree with a figure you can see exactly which answer to change. There is no productivity score and no invented benchmark.

If you do not know a number, say so. PYFFO will not estimate hours you did not give it.

IT COUNTS EACH PROBLEM ONCE

Run more than one audit and two people may describe the same problem twice. PYFFO spots the pair, says what made it look, and holds the smaller figure back from your total until you decide. It never merges anything on its own.

THEN IT CHECKS

Improvements are recorded as three separate numbers: estimated, confirmed and current. An improvement you hoped for is not one you had, and one that quietly came back is not still recovering.

YOUR BUSINESS STAYS YOUR BUSINESS

There is no account, no login and no PYFFO server. The app contains no networking code at all — not disabled, absent — so there is nothing to switch off and nothing to breach. Everything stays on your device until you share a report yourself.

That has a real cost, and it is fair to know it: lose the device without exporting a copy and the data is gone. Nobody can recover it, including us.
