About this app
Pymwin is the day-to-day management tool for physiotherapy and podiatry clinics. This app is the mobile companion to your Pymwin account: it opens the same clinic you manage in your browser, with the day's work at hand and protected by your phone's biometric unlock.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Calendar
• Day and week views, with appointment creation and editing.
• Drag an appointment to move it to another time or another practitioner, with confirmation before saving.
• Availability is computed in real time from business hours, each worker's hours and existing appointments. No pre-built slots, so no double bookings.
• Recurring appointments and calendar blocks with reason and repetition.
• Working calendar with public holidays and automatic blocking for team holidays and absences.
Patients
• Record with Summary, Care, Appointments, Billing, Attachments, Clinical photos, Packages and Notes.
• Care tab: pending consents, packages about to run out, recent no-shows and upcoming birthdays, in one actionable view.
• Clinical photos with on-image annotations and before/after comparison.
• GDPR consents per channel, in an immutable log, revocable by the patient.
Prescribed exercises
• Catalogue tagged by body area, muscle, goal and equipment, with an accent-insensitive search. Ships with 31 starter exercises.
• Per-patient versions of the same exercise: each stores only what differs and inherits the rest.
• Reusable programme templates, prescribed from the patient record. The numbers travel as copies, so editing a template never alters a programme already sent.
• The patient opens their programme on its own page, with no account and nothing to install. Where a date of birth is on file, the link asks for it as a second factor, with lockout after repeated attempts and access logging.
• The email does not carry the exercises inside it: this is health data, and an inbox is not the place to leave it.
Payments and packages
• Built-in till: mark an appointment as paid, record the method, produce a receipt.
• Session packages with auto-redemption on completed appointments, usage tracking and automatic expiry.
• Product and service catalogue with categories and prices.
Team
• Unlimited team members.
• Granular permissions with quick templates: front desk, manager, clinical assistant, cashier, marketing.
• Personal worker view: their day, their next seven days, their monthly indicators.
Expenses and month-end
• Expense records with receipts, suppliers and recurring expenses.
• Multi-line VAT and classification ready for Spanish form 303.
• Quarterly tax summary, exportable for your accountant.
ONLINE BOOKING
Each clinic gets its own editable public page, with a subdomain, to link from Instagram, Google or your website. You decide whether bookings land straight in the calendar or wait for your approval.
SECURITY
• Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint unlock when you return to the app.
• Health data consents recorded in line with GDPR.
• You can delete your account from inside the app, under Profile.
LANGUAGES
Spanish and English, including forms, validations and emails.
