Contacted support via email and heard nothing back. After this review and sending another email as instructed below, issue has been resolved hence changing star rating.

The withdrawal of assets takes some time, apart from that works pretty good

the flexibility in payments and automated sales to eschew liquidity offers a new feeling for financing expenses. Definitely worth a try even if it is a secured loan in crypto, but perpetually gives back as an active investment.
