1. No public authority is involved when the emergency button is activated. The alert is sent directly to a security company, which receives notification of the emergency from its client. This company is responsible for screening and assessing the incident before contacting the appropriate authorities, if necessary.

2. Security companies that receive emergency alerts have agreements that allow them to communicate directly with public entities such as the police, fire department, and emergency medical services. These companies are authorized to coordinate actions with these institutions if needed.

3. When an emergency signal is triggered, the security company receives the alert with the user's information and location. Since they provide a protection service, they can react quickly to assist the user in any eventuality.
