About this app

Pyryx is the companion for your Magic games: a card scanner that actually works, a game table everyone can read, a collection that stays current — and a market to buy and sell your cards.

▪ SCAN A CARD IN ONE SECOND, A BATCH IN ONE PHOTO

Hold the card up to the camera and Pyryx recognises it among more than 500,000 artworks, then shows today's price. Spread a whole batch on the table: one photo is enough to recognise all of it. Scanning happens on the phone, with no connection needed. Set, language, collector number and foil are identified, never guessed.

▪ BUY AND SELL YOUR CARDS

A market for singles and sealed products, from shops and between players. One cart for several sellers, shipping chosen for each, secure payment, parcel tracking and reviews after every sale. List your cards for sale straight from your binders.

▪ FOR GAME STORES

Open your shop and manage your orders and shipments. Counter buylists work by photo: cards are recognised, priced, then added to your stock and listed for sale. Buylist register, signed slip, monthly report.

▪ A GAME TABLE EVERYONE CAN READ

Put the phone in the middle and each player reads their life total the right way up. Commander, commander damage, poison, monarch, dungeon, dice, counters, round timer. Other players join by scanning a QR code, and every screen stays in sync in real time.

▪ YOUR COLLECTION, AT ITS REAL VALUE

Organise your cards into binders and follow their value day by day. Import and export using the formats you already rely on: Moxfield, Archidekt, MTGGoldfish, CSV and more.

▪ SEARCH, EXPLORE, BUILD

A full card explorer with around thirty filters and artwork in your own language. More than 100,000 combos, shown step by step. Analyse a deck: its curves, its colours, and the cards it is missing.

▪ STORES, CLUBS AND CREATORS

Find game stores and clubs near you on a map, and join one. Follow your favourite creators: their decks, their YouTube videos and their Twitch streams.

▪ ON YOUR HOME SCREEN

A widget in three sizes: the game in progress, your collection value, and a direct shortcut to the scanner. Long-press the icon to jump straight to the scanner, the table or search.

▪ PLATINUM AND DIAMOND

Pyryx is free. The Platinum and Diamond plans raise the limits — more binders, more cards, more decks — and you can cancel anytime.

Pyryx is an independent project. It is neither produced nor endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
