About this app

PY POS is a point-of-sale system for small cafes and bubble tea shops in Vietnam. The entire app is in Vietnamese, transactions are in Vietnamese Dong, and it performs all the necessary functions at the counter without adding unnecessary features that small businesses don't use.

EVEN WITHOUT INTERNET CONNECTION

This is the key point. Everything is stored directly in the machine: calculating prices, giving change, printing bills, deducting inventory, and reviewing previous orders all run normally even without an internet connection. Once the internet connection returns, the data is automatically uploaded; you don't need to press anything. Even if the shop is busy and the internet is unstable, the point-of-sale system remains operational.

COUNTER TASKS

• Table layout — easily identify occupied tables and those already ordered.

• Items with sizes and toppings — create them all at once, avoid creating ten identical items.

• Print customer bills and labels for drinks using a 58mm Bluetooth thermal printer.

• Pre-set change suggestions — a customer gives a 500,000 VND note, and it's done with a single press.

• Discounts, refunds, and free items are recorded separately, not grouped together.

• Shift tracking and cash reconciliation — turn on when needed; turn off when the owner sells directly.

OWNER'S TASKS

• Inventory deduction for each drink sold — record the recipe once, and the app will notify you when it's almost empty.

• Who did what — order cancellations, order modifications, and discounts are all recorded with the person's name and the time.

Permissions — employees sell normally but cannot see total revenue or edit item prices; each person has a unique PIN.

• Revenue reporting. Daily, 7-day, monthly; best-selling items; busiest times

• Export CSV file for self-calculation or send to accounting

• Where money goes besides revenue — free gifts, items cancelled after sending to kitchen, refunds are grouped into a separate category

CHANGE DEVICES WITHOUT LOSING ANYTHING

Your shop's data is linked to your account, not the device. If your phone breaks or you get a new one, just install the app, log in again with your phone number, and your orders, menu, inventory, and staff will all be back.

One account can open multiple shops. You can choose a shop to sell on from any device.

START IN 15 MINUTES

An Android phone is all you need. Register with your phone number, name your shop, and enter the owner's PIN, and you're ready to sell. The app has pre-made sample coffee shop menus — milk coffee, iced coffee with condensed milk, peach tea, etc. — edit prices and delete unsold items, faster than starting from scratch. No installation or training required.

SUITABLE FOR WHICH BUSINESSES?

Takeaway coffee shops, cafes with tables, bubble tea shops, juice and smoothie shops, breakfast and pastry shops. Single-owner businesses or businesses with 2-5 employees.

WHAT THE APP DOESN'T DO

To avoid guesswork: PY POS does not issue electronic invoices, digital signatures, or file taxes. These are legal matters and subject to regulations, so we don't handle them — you use a separate electronic invoice service and generate CSV files from the app for your accountant.

The app also has no ads, no activity tracking tools, and doesn't collect customer information. Orders only record items, prices, tables, and times.
