It generally works well for me, but after an update, I got stuck in an endless loop of requesting a 2FA code and having the BMIFCU app reset to the login screen when I tried to view the 2FA code in any other app so the code would already be obsolete when I came back to enter it. Clearing cache and data did not help. Deleting and reinstalling the app seems to have helped.

It's okay. I thought this updated version was going to be better, but it's not. I can no longer see the breakdown of my mortgage payment. Also, when I clearly state to add additional money to the principal, it ended up in my savings account and only a regular payment was applied to my mortgage payment. I guess I'll just keep writing out those paper payment slips and paper checks.. ugh

Hello Sabrina, after working with our vendor, the payment issues were resolved in the first quarter. You can now see the breakdown of your mortgage payment, make extra principal payments, as well as several other types of payments.

Works fine until I try to schedule a payment or transfer, then it's completely non-functional if it's late in the day and today's date isn't available. The app doesn't accept a date if I type it in and the calendar that pops up is totally off the screen so I can't even choose a date that way. Very frustrating and defeats the purpose of having a mobile app for me. (Pixel 7, Android 14)
