Ratings and reviews

Could not get them to close our accounts. Sent in several messages and spoke to 3 different customer service reps, and had an over draft fee all while trying to follow their instructions to close our accounts. Lots of promises that it would be done, but no one followed through with closing our accounts like they said they would when we removed the money from the accounts as instructed. Not very well trained customer service.

I got the Android 9 Pie update on my Samsung S9 and the app stopped working. I uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and reinstalled the app. Now it works great again! I like the mobile deposit!

I've waited a long time for them to fix compatibility with Samsung's update a little over a month ago, and they haven't even addressed the problem.
