Elements is a great credit union, but this app has gone downhill. I used to be able to use Zelle, but the functionality has been broken for months and now I can only do it on desktop, which is extremely inconvenient for sending money to friends as I'm almost always not at home when I need to. The app is now glitchy, crashes, slow, and feels like the opposite of the modern, streamlined experience I raved about when I started with Elements 4 years ago. At least it always loads my account balances!

Elements is great, but this app needs some work. Recently I have been unable to use the 'deposit check' feature of this app. Everything works until it comes time to photograph the check for deposit. This hasn't been an issue with the app until recently, but when I go to photograph the check the image is blurry and there's a gray overlay to everything (making a clear photo impossible). It's not an issue with my device as the camera works as it should on all other applications. Please fix.

Not happy with this app anymore - the only way to log in for the last several days has been to uninstall and reinstall. If I try to log in more than once on a fresh install it just spins. Very inconvenient. • EDIT - Re-installed on 12.27.18 and haven't had any issues with limited testing. Updating rating to 3 stars until I've had more chances to use it. • EDIT 2-22-19 - Not displaying accounts. Changing to 1-star and uninstalling. It's a shame that I can't seem to have stability with this app, I have other financial/banking apps that don't have these problems.
