The interface is fine for the most part, and is able to fulfill my needs. However, Mobile Deposit doesn't recognize most checks. "RDC Unsuccessful" is a refrain that I'm sure many other frustrated users will be familiar with. I've wasted many minutes trying to deposit conventional checks with the mobile deposit system, continually taking images of the front and the back of the check, before giving up and opting to make the 20 minute drive to the bank. The system gives you no input.

Sometime over the past several months, the app's photo validation for check deposit has gone way dowhill. The app fails to deposit a check 19 out of 20 times. The app doesn't tell you why it rejects the photo (contrast? Blurry? Low light?) as well as not giving the user the option to engage the phone's flash or flashlight. In fact, the app turns off the flashlight when taking a pic of the check. I am so frustrated with the app since the only real reason to use it is for remote check deposit.

I don't particularly like changingy password every 6 months or so. And also the fact that if you don't you get locked out of your account. I'm 69 ad have a time remembering all these paßs words and if I write it down and put it in a safe place, I can't remember which safe place it is in. Wouldn't it better of senior citizens to offer the fingerprint option for accessing their accounts. So much easier for us as a whole. Thanks for listening
