This app used to be great. Ever since they 'updated' it a few months back it is very inaccurate as to what is going on with your account. Before, the second you used your debit card it was reflected in the app. Now it can be days off and out of order as to when purchases happened. Makes it frustrating to use to get an accurate assessment of your money.

Just like other reviewers, I'm not able to deposit checks with this app; it always gives me an rdc error no matter what I try to do, even after calling the bank and following their suggestions. My hometown bank was recently bought by enterprise, and its app before being bought did not have this problem. I live hundreds of miles away from the nearest physical branch, so being able to deposit a paycheck is pretty important!

Had to have customer service add my account even though I had to enter my account to register in the first place. Now I still can't make any transfers. Messaged service and they said submit this form we attached, but didn't attach anything. I let them know and that was several days ago with no response. it's poorly design and doesn't function well
