The app barely works and when it does, my balance for my checking is never correct. It is either less than what I actually have or it says I have more but it just takes a couple days for it to go to normal. Nothing is more embarrassing than seeing that you have money in your account and then you try and use it and the card gets declined because you don't have enough money on it. And also when I check my balance after making a larger purchases ($70+) my account says I have a negative balance. It's especially frustrating when I get paid and take out rent because it messes it all up and it isn't fixed until a day or two later. Definitely switching banks asap. Horrible app that is over complicated. You're better off banking at Walmart.

The old FFB app was great. I had zero problems with it. This new app is impossible for me to review because I have yet to succeed at logging in. I have reset my password countless times. The app won't let me submit my profile. All the information is correct but it highlights my email in red and puts a warning symbol beside it. No dialog box to let me know what the hang up is though, just RED. Extremely frustrating.

Mostly great. Till you need to retrieve statements. Oh my god. Worse interface ever. Once you select a statement, there's no way to go back. Hitting the 'X' button does absolutely nothing. Try to go back? Oh let me just log you out of this whole interface but keep your session. Want to save the file? Sure!! We'll casually omit the file type when you hit save! Want to reset your password and never logged on using this device before? GOOD LUCK!
