It's crazy that you set up a future payment But the site glitches and takes it. Well I Also have a savings account, but instead Even though I deposited money and transferred from savings as Soon as it was pending Negative they Still charged me $29. Thinking of switching I've been here since 2011 and the customer service is getting worse and I can't even access my rewards for anything..

Very frustrated that I am still having issues With the text alerts for transactions not working. They were working up until May 17th and haven't worked since. And I've asked for help and not really getting any answers..

Hi Patricia We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing customers. At times, cell carriers stop delivering these types of messages because their systems consider them spam. Email delivery is an option. Please call Customer Support M-F 8-5 at 620.663.1521 to request this option. Thank you!

I have had several checks rejected from using the snapshot. The bank employee keeps telling me to put the check in the brackets. There are no brackets. Just a box that around the veiw of the camera. I have the most recent download.
